Designer 7MM Two Tone Solid Gold Plain Wedding Band

Ordered 2-tone18K gold wedding band and while the ring itself seems to be high quality, the white gold portion was not at all silver-toned as the pictures online depicted so the overall ring was not as striking as shown - it was just yellow gold and a slightly less-yellow gold vs white gold. When I called about it, the customer service rep asked if I had requested an added chemical with my order as that would have created the desired color contrast. I did not even know that was necessary as there was no indication online that such an additive was needed.. I assumed what I saw in the pictures was what I would get! Seems odd to me and just a forewarning to others when ordering. Also, we did not receive much communication throughout the process which was a little nerve-racking considering the cost of the ring being paid upfront. Was worried it could be a scam. We DID get the ring on time but never received certificate of authenticity. Just a few heads up for anyone else out there dealing with World Jewels.
