2 diamond eternity bands

I ordered two rings for my wedding bands. The rings took over 5 weeks to complete and I almost didn’t have them in time for my wedding ceremony. I called multiple times with sometimes no call back. Customer service is not so good. The rings needed and ultrasonic bath with ring cleaner as some diamonds appeared black. But once cleaned a black greasy substance came off and they shined brightly. I would rate a 4 due to poor customer service and improper cleaning of the rings when shipping but great product in the end. My engagement ring is in the middle from another company.
