Did not automatically come with authentication card. Also World Jewels lacks communication skills. Jewelery took over a month. There was no communication unless I initiated the emails. I was told they had a delay with their supplier. Also found another review with the same issue. So was that a lie? If the item is going to take a month to source and make, they should just be honest up front. Any online retailer should be on point with their customer service including constant contact with the consumer.

I looked everywhere for a nice black diamond pendant for a good price, and this one was the best anywhere. I love how it is set with the flat side of the diamond underneath and then faceted with the tip of the diamond facing front. You get more sparkle that way! The white diamonds around the stone are actually bigger than they look in the picture, which was a nice surprise. I chose platinum, and the chain that came with it was good quality too - not just a cheap thin one. The only negative I experienced in the process was the wait time - I ordered my pendant on Dec. 26th and received it on Jan. 31st. The website says “2 day air,” but that doesn’t mean from the time you order it! That really needs to be clarified because it’s misleading and is the only reason I deducted one star. Otherwise, I’m super happy with my purchase!
